I was watching a travel docu about Berlin this weekend and they showed "a typical German cuisine": a heap of cooked cabbage (sauerkraut of some sort) with many different kinds of meat on it... all arranged on a large tray. They claimed it was for one person although it looked like it could easily feed four. Such a good choice if you have Hunger :)

Definitely, now that I know the name of the dish my inner German demands to find it in the Boston area...

btw, it seems that, at least, the fish part of nigiri is larger then I would typically expect to find here...
